Administrative & Financial Controls Policy

Conflict of Interest Policy
The purpose of this Board conflict of interest policy is to protect TCIC’s interests when it is contemplating entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interests of an officer or director of TCIC or might result in a possible excess benefit transaction. IRS Tax Exemption
The Twinsburg CIC is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to the CIC under IRC Section 170. PDF file: IRS Letter of Exemption.
