This highly accessible and very visible property lies at the intersection of two arterial streets (S.R. 91 and S.R. 82) in the commercial core of the City. The site is additionally located just north of an I-480 interchange, the Creekside Drive commercial area, and the Kent State Twinsburg Academic Center.
