The Twinsburg Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC) and the City of Twinsburg invite developers/contractors to submit their qualifications to develop a 9.6-acre parcel of property within the City of Twinsburg, Ohio.

This highly accessible and very visible property lies at the intersection of two arterial streets (S.R. 91 and S.R. 82) in the commercial core of the City. The site is additionally located just north of an I-480 interchange, the Creekside Drive commercial area, and the Kent State Twinsburg Academic Center. The entire tract is comprised of seven parcels and is being made available for a set fee as if it were a single tract. All entitlements appropriate for a mixed-use development project are in place.
