The TCIC purchases Two Residential Properties
The TCIC purchased two residential properties on E. Aurora Road that were being used as income properties and were being considered for purchase by a retail store operator. One of the City’s comprehensive Plan Goals has been to facilitate the redevelopment of properties (particularly those in decline) in this area to uses that are more residential in scale and compatible with nearby Maple Drive homes. The wish is to avoid strip retail development and incorporate pedestrian amenities and improved streetscaping in this approach to central Twinsburg. These two properties, which were in decline, have been cleared and are now waiting for an appropriate redevelopment opportunity.
